Supreme Court won't decide whether accountant's erroneous due date advice was reasonable cause

The Supreme Court has declined to review the Ninth Circuit's decision that IRS properly refused to abate an estate's late filing penalty where the estate's accountant erroneously told the executor the return was extended for twelve months and the executor filed the return late but within the twelve months.
