In response to the increase in positive cases in California and recommendations of health care professionals, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2021, we will have LIMITED scheduling any face to face meetings in or out of our offices. Michael will be available for LIMITED in-person consultations. We are now using Zoom video conferencing to host virtual meetings and screen-share with our clients. The technology is quite easy to use, the only requirement is a device (PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone) with a camera. We would email you a hyperlink in advance of our scheduled meeting, and you simply click the hyperlink and join!
We are still allowing drop-offs between 9am and 5pm. However, we have modified the drop-off process to limit face to face exposure. If possible, we ask that you mail, fax or use our secure file exchange portal to send us your information rather than in-person drop-off.

Once your returns are complete, instead of being able to pick up your tax returns we will be mailing the returns to your address of record. Should you want us to use a different mailing address please let us know.
If necessary, we are able to continue to work 100% remotely if forced to close our office in the coming days/weeks.
